Appearance: (What does your character look like, give skin tone, eye colour hair colour height and weight anything else would also be good for your character)
Dragon Name: (Dragon's Name)
Ancient Language Name: (Your Dragon's Elven Name)
Dragon Gender: (Male or Female)
Dragon color: (Colour of your dragon's scales and wings, the scales can have more than one colour if you want)
Dragon Apperance: (Put an image of what your dragon looks like, doesn't matter if the image isn't the correct colours)
Personality: (What does your character and Dragon normally do and how do they react towards others)
Sword Name: (Elven Name for your sword)
Sword Apperance: (Image of your sword)
